Curry Powder (Sri Lankan)

This fragrant sri lankan curry powder is one of the more hotter ones in our product range. Sri Lankan Curries are heavier on chillies, as well as cardamom for a slight sweetness compared to our Gujarati Indian curries. These curry powders are great for dals, potatoes, fish, prawns and beef. We suggest to cook in coconut oil, and finish with coconut cream for the best matching flavour.

Dessert Spiced Sugar

Our dessert spiced sugar is a fusion of east meets west! Very similar to indian chaat masala, this spiced sugar is toned down slightly to be more fragrant, with orange, ceylon cinnamon and nutmeg notes, paired with a flavourful brown cane sugar. Use for sprinkling on freshly sliced fruits to eat as is, or as a garnish on cupcakes and cookies.

Dhana Jeeru

The highest quality possible of the Dhana Jeeru. Made using freshly imported ingredients of the season. Cooking most authentic North-Indian food is simply not possible without it! Dhana Jeeru literally means 'coriander-cumin', and is a popular spice for adding the basic spice tones to any indian curry. Similar to how garam masala can be thought of as a finishing spice, Dhana Jeeru is usually the base spice. 

Our Dhana Jeeru spices are a home recipe passed down many generations, with a slight pinch of indian bay leaves (Tejpatta) and Cloves to give it that signature traditional taste.

Dukkah (Hazelnut)

Dukkah is one of those spices that is so versatile to use but at the same time not as popular as it should be on restaurant menus. It's made with fresh, coarsely ground whole seeds like cumin, fennel and coriander, mixed with coarsely chopped nuts. You can use for making a marinade crust on lamb or other meat before roasting, or mix with some olive oil and treat as a dip. It's lightly salted and so simple to make once you have this dukkah mix on hand.

Garlic Rosemary & Thyme Salt

Feeling overwhelmed with too many spices and not sure what to use? Try this Garlic, Rosemary & Thyme Salt. This Salt contains some essential flavours to western cuisine and is great as an all purpose simple seasoning for flavouring common staple british and general 'western' foods without adding an overwhelming flavour. Think Pastas, sauces, roast meats, roast vegetables, pan-fried fish, burgers, pot roasts, garlic breads.

Greek Gyro Spices

Greece may not be the first thought that comes to mind when you're thinking about spices, but it's one of the world's biggest spice consumers. Greece is also traditionally one of the central ports in the spice trade, being very close to Africa and also the most common point of entry/exit for ships on the way to Asia. As a result, most greek food is rich in spices and herbs: cumin, paprika, oregano, thyme feature heavily in most greek food.

Gyro is one of Greece's most wellknown signature foods outside Greece, and you've almost certainly seen it even if you didn't know the name. A Greek Gyro is meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie - just like kebabs or lamb rotisserie. In Greece it's usually pork or chicken, heavily flavoured with strong spices. After roasting, it's served sandwiched inside a flatbread with salad, fresh cheese and sauces.

Harissa Spices

The famous Harissa sauce, condensed to it's purest form. Mix 1 part Harissa Spices with 1 part olive oil for an authentic Arabic dip for breads, or an all purpose spicy rub for meats and vegetables. Herbes de Provence

Our freshly blended Herbes de Provence seasoning, can be used as an all-purpose mix to flavour any italian or french savoury dish. Indonesian Rendang Curry

This less known curry is rich in it's garlic, lime and coconut flavours. We've already blended in the perfect amount of coconut cream powder, lime leaves, lemongrass and galangal to give it that fragrant taste. Simmer in a pan with fish or meat and just add water. You may optionally add some tamarind paste, or additional sugar.

Italian Fish Seasoning

This Italian Fish seasoning comes from Southern Italy, where freshly caught fish is a common every day meal, in some cases almost as much as pasta! It's a simple seasoning of italian herbs like basil, garlic, and mint. Just rub lightly on your fish, and pan fry or steam to cook. Already contains salt and a slight kick of chilli flakes. These simple herbs and spices are also excellent with mussels, spaghetti and other dishes where you want the ingredients to speak for themselves and have a mild supporting flavour.

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Jerk cooking is a style of cooking native to Jamaica. Foods are dry rubbed or marinaded with a very spicy mixture and cooked in a smoke pit. It's very similar to pulled pork, as it's normally used for cooking pork and chicken. However, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is all-purpose, and we've found it's also great with fish, shrimp, lamb, vegetables and tofu.

Maharashtran Goda Masala

Goda Masala is a Maharashtran traditional recipe passed down through the generations. This curry is probably unlike most that are commercially available around the world. The spice notes of Cinnamon and Mace are much stronger in these northern curries compared to most. Use for making stir fried dals and dry curries. This curry powder is great for all kinds of beans and vegetables. We especially recommend to try it with Okra or potatoes.
