The Ethiopian Spice Blend that everyone is talking about. Made and ground fresh to order, say hello to Regency's signature berbere seasoning. This seasoning can be used for just about everything savoury. In Ethiopia, it's used in curries, stews, as a rub for meats, barbeques. It's even put in soups, breads, sauces.... the list is endless. One super convenient way to add a flash of tradition to any table is to place a few teaspoons of berbere in a small dish, mixed with a little bit of oil, and use for dipping! Also known as: Berber, Berebere

Please note: We freshly grind and pack our Berbere Seasoning to order for maximum flavour. This signature recipe is our secret, so we cannot sell this blend in whole form.
