Regency is proud to bring to you our hometown's recipe for Classic Curry Powder. We rarely use cream, or milk for curries (we use them a lot elsewhere!) so the flavour from the spices come through much stronger. This is because of the lack of a liquid base. For new taste buds, we suggest using this Mildcurry mix, as opposed to other curry powders which may be overwhelmingly spicy, and not as equally balanced in flavours. This Curry Powder is perfect for Indian as well as Malaysian and Chinese fusion curries.

Appearance... Whole or fine powdered, as you wish! Note: Fine powder will have some small, thin strands of chilli and cardamom that cannot be completely powdered.
